CANCELLATION POLICY- PLEASE READ: 

Things happen... that's life, we understand so we made our cancellation policy simple and fair.  If you need to reschedule or cancel, we require at least a 4 hour notice to allow someone else to schedule.  If you are unable to call and reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment, a $55 no show fee will be charged.  This policy applies to everyone with no exceptions - thank you for your understanding.    

 

LATE POLICY - PLEASE READ:

We will be ready for your session at your designated appointment time and will complete your session on time. If you are late for your appointment, your session time will be limited, secondary to us respecting the following clients appointment time.  We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out new client paperwork and use the facilities.  Please plan accordingly.  We cannot be responsible for traffic, getting lost, or miscalculation of time.  Thank you for your understanding.
